EVA SUDDUTH, CT

Evamarie (Eva) Sudduth is a counseling intern licensed as a counselor trainee (CT) through Ashland Theological Seminary. She is expected to graduate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December of 2025. Eva was born in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, and spent most of her life in Dover, Ohio. After graduating from Dover High School in 2019, she studied psychology at Ohio State University before graduating in 2023. Eva has experience working with group therapy in both in-person and telehealth formats. She is licensed as a Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA) and worked under this license during her time with substance use recovery groups. Eva will be supervised during her internship with New Life Counseling by Wendy Kendrick, LPCC-SUPV. Eva believes in advocating for both men’s and women’s issues and in empowering all of her clients. Eva also believes in utilizing a multicultural, strengths-based lens in counseling and hopes to help those struggling with issues across the board. In her free time, Eva enjoys attending baseball games, watching football, spending time with her husband and family, working out, and being involved in her local church and small group Bible studies.
