Alexandra DeHoust is a counseling intern licensed as a counselor trainee (CT) through Ashland Theological Seminary. She is expected to graduate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2025. Before studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Alexandra obtained her BS in Organizational Leadership and spent 8 years in corporate leadership roles. Alexandra will be supervised during her internship with New Life Counseling by Michele Basiletti LPCC-SUPV/LICDC. Alexandra believes in empowering clients from all walks of life and is eager to provide a warm and genuine atmosphere for all clients. Alexandra believes in utilizing a multicultural, cognitive-behavioral therapy lens in counseling. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to coffee shops and restaurants, working on jigsaw puzzles, exercising, and studying with her church’s Women's Connect group.
